Neerja Bhargava - C-CAPS Founder-Director
Neerja Bhargava is the Founder Director of C-CAPS (Centre for communication and professional skills). Her expertise lies in training and developing learning solutions for corporate organizations and individuals.
A few years later, she saw a major opportunity in developing the available human resource to meet the demands of the global economy in which India is a major player.
Neerja has undergone a certification course in ‘train the trainer’ program from the British Council and has attended various seminars on effective teaching skills. She has developed and implemented Spoken English Modules (Basic, Elementary and Advanced) and modules for IELTS, BEC, TOEFL. She has trained close to 2000 people in these areas.
Neerja Bhargava, a post graduate in Economics from Rajasthan University. She did her Bachelor of Arts – Honours program with English as a major subject. She attended her the Maharani Gayatry Devi Public School, Jaipur, one of the premiere public schools of India.
Neerja has 15 successful years in the training industry. Starting her career with Maruti Udyog, she moved to J.K. Singhania School in Kota, Rajasthan. In Mumbai she worked with NIIT and APTEC grasping the finer nuances of the training industry. She then moved on to E- Gurukul as a business partner, responsible for business development and operations.
A few years later, she saw a major opportunity in developing the available human resource to meet the demands of the global economy in which India is a major player.
She was inspired to set up her own operations - C-CAPS. As Director C-CAPS, she has personally delivered training services for professional bodies and academic institutions like ITM ( English for Finance), Mumbai Science and Marine Institute ( for IELTS), Akbar Peerbhoy College of Education for communication skills, EPOCH ( for Communication Skills). She has also trained a team of professional trainers for C-CAPS.
